These sets are made to order from 3mm - 20mm
The mm indicates the very center portion where piercing of the lobe sits/holds the plug in place.
The transition to the outer portions of the plug (hour glass) are 1mm larger in diameter. The custom set seen in the photos are 10mm in length, 11mm down to 10mm center where the lobe sits hour glass. The ends are 12.2mm. In the notes list the width of the plug, if not specified than it will be 10mm. Also list your size lobe.
Also, these were made with one side concave. Please indicate weather one side is concave or is to be flat like the other side.
